I was invited to see the B52's debut NY concert at Max's Kansas City. Teenage Jesus and the Jerks were the opening act. I didn't like them at all… At that time, I didn't know what "punk rock" was. All I knew was that Lydia complained to her band that "X" song was too long at 35 seconds and needed to be shorter.
